Vishesh is a third-generation lawyer, and his family collectively has practiced law for over 70 years. He had early exposure to the ways of advocacy and entered this world with many wonders, and soon found himself at the forefront of it. At Lex Chambers, Vishesh leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and has extensive experience on both the civil as well as a criminal sides (including the original side). He has appeared in several matters, not limited to writ petitions, constitutional matters, criminal cases (criminal revision and bail matters), contractual and tender cases, real estate matters, intellectual property rights litigations (trademarks and copyrights infringements), company law matters, and public interest litigation. While leading from the front, Vishesh has also had a pivotal role in establishing the real-estate practice for the firm, where from its humble beginnings the firm now boasts of an enviable list of clients and successful mandates delivered.

Vishesh has been successful in individually handling several high-stake matters for clients before several fora, including the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Before founding the firm with Shobana and Rahul, Vishesh practiced law as a part of the law chambers of renowned independent lawyers as well as senior counsels. It is through this intensive self-training that he has made himself into a disciplined individual who seeks to grow every day and the firm complements his features perfectly.

As a strong believer in the power of law, he embodies the principle of access to justice. Vishesh is regularly involved in pro bono matters and has also taken lectures on the Right to Education (RTE) for school associations comprising teachers and administrators. For Vishesh, transparent advice is a must; hiding anything from the client is as good as lying. He firmly believes that any advice given to a client should be appropriate and proper.

A simple individual on the surface, his genius is hidden within layers of humility. Vishesh thinks of advocacy as an ever-learning profession, there is always more to learn when one thinks they have learned it all. Much of his personality is derived from the values of his family. When not working, Vishesh can be seen reading and is an avid cricket lover. He occasionally does like to play as well and can be seen participating in bar tournaments.

Vishesh is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
