Vishesh Issar is a Founding Partner at Lex Chambers and leads the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice. A third-generation lawyer from a family with over 70 years of collective legal practice, he brings both inherited rigour and extensive independent experience to his advocacy.

 

His practice covers the full range of civil and criminal litigation  including writ petitions, constitutional matters, bail and criminal revision, contractual and tender disputes, intellectual property infringement, company law, and public interest litigation. Vishesh has appeared before the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and multiple other forums, individually handling several high-stakes matters across these forums.
 

In addition to litigation, Vishesh was instrumental in establishing Lex Chambers' real estate practice, which has grown into one of the firm's core verticals. His approach to legal counsel is grounded in one non-negotiable: complete transparency. He believes that advice given with anything less than full candour is advice that fails its purpose  and clients consistently cite this directness as central to the trust they place in him.

 

Before co-founding Lex Chambers, Vishesh trained in chambers of leading independent lawyers and senior counsel. He is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
