Krishna Parkhani is a Partner at Lex Chambers, practising across the full range of dispute resolution  arbitration, mediation, appellate proceedings, and trials. 

 

Her practice is characterised by a first-principles approach to advocacy: building cases through rigorous statutory interpretation and comparative legal analysis, rather than relying solely on established precedent. 

 

Her areas of expertise include medical negligence, consumer disputes, personal and matrimonial law, food safety regulations, and POSH (anti-sexual harassment) advisory  a portfolio that requires both technical precision and an understanding of the human dimensions of legal disputes.

 

Krishna holds dual degrees from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and an LL.M. in Criminal and Constitutional Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law. Her academic foundation informs a practice style that is intellectually rigorous and practically grounded, focused on crafting novel, well-reasoned arguments in service of her clients' best outcomes.
