Mahalakshmi has valuable experience in working extensively on the various proceedings initiated under SEBI Act e.g., debarment, penalty, criminal proceedings, inquiry proceedings, and settlement proceedings, and holds the privilege of having to represent SEBI as a prosecutor. She has represented top Indian and foreign corporations on a range of complex matters before various courts and appellate forums.

For Mahalakshmi, law was a natural calling, and she had her eyes set on the profession since she was a teenager.
