Her recent transactions include the Sakarni Group's joint venture with Coromandel Chemicals for green building materials, SVAS Med's acquisition by Nova Medical Centres, Nederlandse Tapijten Holding B.V.'s joint venture with Simachi Designs Singapore, and Kavach Financial Services' Series A financing , a cross- section that reflects both the breadth and depth of her transactional experience.
